Chief Solomon Arenyeka JP, the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, has reached out to Muslims statewide, encouraging them to maintain their prayers for peace.
In a statement released by the party’s State Publicity Secretary on behalf of Arenyeka, heartfelt greetings and congratulations were extended to the Muslim community in celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
Arenyeka commended Muslims for their dedication during the holy month of Ramadan, a time marked by fasting, prayer, reflection, and community service.
“As we conclude this revered month, I encourage all Muslims to uphold the values of patience, compassion, and self-discipline that were nurtured during Ramadan.
“Let these teachings continue to inspire our actions as we strive to cultivate a more harmonious society,” said Arenyeka.
He emphasized that the principles of charity, empathy, and dedication should guide us throughout the year, reinforcing our commitment to community service and welfare.
“Our united prayers hold significant potential for fostering positive change. Let us persist in praying for divine guidance as we confront the challenges facing our beloved state and nation,” Chief Arenyeka urged.
“May Allah accept our acts of worship and fulfill our prayers for peace, unity, and progress,” he concluded.
