The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, Chief Solomon Arenyeka (JP), has congratulated the state’s Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Sir Monday Onyeme, as he marks his 60th birthday.
In a formal statement released by Chief Sunday Apah, the State Publicity Secretary of the PDP, on behalf of the State PDP Chairman, he stated that this milestone celebration represents a significant moment for both the Deputy Governor and the party.
According to the statement, Sir Monday Onyeme has been a beacon of hope and progress for the people due to his unwavering dedication and tireless efforts, which have propelled the state toward sustainable development and unity.
The statement highlighted the Deputy Governor’s significant role within the PDP, emphasizing his commitment to the party’s vision for a prosperous Delta State.
“His leadership qualities and passion for governance have not only strengthened our party but have also inspired countless individuals across the state.
“He is indeed a great supporter of democracy for backing Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s initiatives aimed at improving education, healthcare, infrastructure, and human development, among other objectives embedded in the M.O.R.E. Agenda.”
