Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, extended his heartfelt congratulations to esteemed legal expert and traditional leader of Olomu Kingdom, Olorogun Albert Akpomudje, SAN, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, from Asaba, the governor praised Akpomudje for his unwavering dedication to the unity, growth, and development of Olomu Kingdom, as well as his contributions to the state and the nation.
Governor Oborevwori invited family, friends, and colleagues to join him in honoring the extraordinary service of Olorogun Akpomudje.
He noted that Akpomudje has consistently exemplified patriotism and strong leadership within the community, highlighting his notable roles as the former Secretary General of the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) and as the National President of the Government College, Ughelli, Old Students Association.
Expressing his sentiments, Governor Oborevwori stated, “It is with immense joy that I, on behalf of my family, the government, and the people of Delta State, extend warm congratulations to Olorogun Albert Akpomudje, SAN, on this significant milestone in your life.”
He continued, “As you celebrate your 70th year, it is evident that you have led a life rich in impact as a distinguished lawyer and community leader. Your humility and dedication to service, evidenced by your various roles throughout the years, will always be revered.”
