The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and National Treasurer of the Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly, Rt. Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has extended warm birthday wishes to Chief (Mrs) Roselyn Amioku in honor of her 70th birthday.
Mrs. Amioku, who serves as the Chairman of the Delta State Civil Service Commission, is the widow of the late Chief Tom Amioku, a respected politician and former Vice Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for Delta Central.
Rt Hon Guwor celebrated Mrs. Amioku as “a highly respected Woman Leader, devoted Christian, and loving mother” as she marks this significant milestone.
He praised her exemplary leadership, highlighting her steadfast faith and compassion that have inspired many in the community.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker not only wished Mrs. Amioku a joyful 70th birthday celebration but also expressed his heartfelt congratulations to her entire family on this special occasion.
Guwor remarked, “As a dedicated Christian, your commitment to helping others is truly admirable. Your selflessness and dedication have earned you widespread respect and admiration.”
He further noted, “Your distinguished tenure in public service, particularly as Chair of the State Civil Service Commission, reflects your relentless pursuit of meritocracy and progress within our state’s institutions.”
