Preparations are underway for the upcoming distribution of financial support through Comrade Izeze Rume Yakubu Reuben’s Empowerment Scheme, aimed at assisting small-scale women entrepreneurs and underprivileged students from Ughievwen Kingdom for the 2024 academic year.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 10 AM at Izeze’s residence in Oginibo, organized in partnership with his associates from “FOOSTODEY.”
As part of the initiative, 100 women engaged in small-scale businesses representing the 34 communities in Ughievwen Kingdom will receive N50,000 each to bolster their entrepreneurial efforts.
Additionally, 200 students from Ughievwen Kingdom who are enrolled in various tertiary institutions across Nigeria and have a minimum CGPA of 2.50 will be awarded N25,000 each as part of a bursary program.
This initiative aligns with the “OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL” principle of the Governor’s M.O.R.E Agenda.
Moreover, loyal members of the party in Ughievwen Kingdom will also benefit, with motorcycles and cars being provided to enhance local vigilante services and support the “ENHANCED PEACE & SECURITY” aspect of the M.O.R.E Agenda.
This program reflects Comrade Izeze Reuben and his associates’ commitment to giving back to the community and ensuring that the benefits of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E Agenda reach the people of Ughievwen Kingdom as well as the wider society.
